Our inspiration and unique approach
StoryCraft Studio was born from the journey of educator and certified teaching artist, Erica McKinney. Witnessing children with powerful ideas but lacking expressive tools, Erica envisioned a space where storytelling transcends traditional writing. Our unique approach integrates writing, visual art, music, and movement, making storytelling a full, multi-sensory creative experience. Rooted in arts integration and whole-child learning, we empower children to find their voice and see themselves as confident storytellers.
Who we are for
StoryCraft Studio is for every curious, imaginative child eager to express themselves. Whether they already love drawing, creating, performing, or are just discovering their voice, our programs provide a supportive environment. We're especially impactful for children who thrive with multiple avenues for expression, even if traditional writing is a challenge.
